I've had a bit of a crisis of faith with my drawing lately. Two years of character design left me practically unable to pose my characters because I've become so used to drawing them in standard 'standing still' poses. So I've gone back to working on lifedrawing and also to the more traditional illustration style that I was used to a couple years ago.

Future is Wild

So the Future is Wild - the show I designed the characters and creatures for - is now airing on Discovery Kids in the US. Definitely check it out, it's a great show.

Here are some of my character designs, and also the final versions which were modeled and textured by a talented 3D artist at Nelvana named Yaleh Paxton-Harding.





Hope you dig it. I had a blast working on this show and I love what they did with my designs. I think the series will have an excellent run.
