A new home..

So I got tired of updating my blog and not updating my site, or vice-versa ... so I merged them together into one site. Hope you dig it, and sorry if anyone got displaced. I figure this way I have the new art in the blog, the gallery above it, and what might pass for some kind of animation reel above that.

Speaking of which, my 3D samurai has assumed the position and is ready for rigging. I'm keeping him low poly. I just want to animate with him and not really have to deal with anything else. That's why I'm using a nice and clean pre-built rig I downloaded from highend3D.com. No muss no fuss.

Work and Work & Blog Updates

If the blog looks wonky it's because I'm doing some upgrades to it. Bear with me...

Hi all. No new artwork (booooo!). Currently I have a few things keeping me busy. The 3d origami animation is nearing completion, and I'm also designing a couple animated series'. One is a 3d show here in Toronto, and one is a 2d show in Los Angeles. They're both really looking good and I wish I could post the work from them, but alas I cannot.

Maybe by the middle of October I'll have some good, but passed up designs that I can put on here.

Anyways, just wanted to say that I've replaced sleep with red bull and things are going well.

Sketches! and Nelvana

FINALLY I got a chance to do some sketching. Went to Bobby Chiu's Sunday Subway Sketch Group.

Also, I'm going to be working in-house at Nelvana for the next however-long. Maybe a couple weeks, maybe a couple months. Not sure yet. I'm redesigning a 3D show they have in development. So far it's a blast!
